Richard G. Croucher 64

CROUCHER , Richard G. Richard G. Croucher , 61, of Ayer, Massachusetts died Sunday, July 8th at the Worcester Medical Center, Worcester, Massachusetts after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Judith O. (Williams) Croucher, a son; Christopher William Gary Croucher of Ayer, a stepson; Jeffrey W. Olmstead Jr. of Orlando, FL, a step daughter; Jill Morales of Orlando, Florida, two brothers; William Croucher and Gary Croucher both of Florida, five grandchildren; Rebecca Morales, Leonardo Morales, Jr., MacKenzie Olmstead, Gwendolyn Olmstead, and Alexis Olmstead.
Mr. Croucher was born in Baltimore, Maryland, February 7, 1946 a son of the late William and Cecelia B. (Dannenfelser) Croucher and has resided in Ayer for the past six years. Prior to that, he resided in Germany and Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. For the past six years, Mr. Croucher served as the Family Program Director for the 94th RRC Army Reserves at Devens, Massachusetts. Previously, he held similar positions at the United States Army Base located in Wurtzburg, Germany and Fort Richey, Maryland. He was a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He served his country in the United States Air Force where he served two tours in Vietnam.
