Robert Edenfield		  
Robert E. Edenfield, “Bob” age 70 of Eagan passed away on August 27, 2016. Bob was born August 19, 1946 and lived a wonderful life filled with travels, stories and family. Bob served 14 years in the U.S Army and was honorably discharged as a disabled Veteran. He was an animal lover and especially loved Boxers. He was known as the family chef and leaves behind a legacy of amazing meals. He greatly enjoyed spending time with family and friends and attending his grandkid’s events. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandpa and Soldier.

  
 


He is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Mollie Edenfield; siblings, Lorraine (Arthur) Bourque, Lester (Jackie), Carl Edenfield, and Marge (Bill) Walkowiak. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sandy (Cordes) Edenfield; children, Amber (Matt) Hentges, and Richard (Elizabeth) Edenfield: grandchildren, Jade and Mackenzie Edenfield, and Mark and Molly Hentges; sister-in-law, Donna Edenfield and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley (952-432-2001) with a visitation on Wednesday (8/31) from 4-8pm and one hour prior to service. Interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorials will be donated to the Lupus Foundation and the Animal Ark Shelter of Hastings.
