Sausage Bread

1 Loaf Frozen Bridgeford Bread
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 c. Parmesan Cheese
2 or 3 Eggs
Sesame Seeds


Thaw 1 loaf of Bridgeford’s and let rise. While bread is rising, remove sausage from casings and brown in skillet. Breaking up into small pieces. Remove meant from skillet. Save drippings, cool After meat has thoroughly cooled, mix with eggs and cheese in a small bowl.

When bread has risen, roll out on floured board to about the size of a jelly roll pan. Spread meat mixture evenly over the rolled dough. Carefully roll up jelly roll style and place on a greased cookie sheet, shaping into a crescent.

Brush top of bread with meat drippings or egg yoke and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
