Ikthys Circle
This design on a marble slab in the road to Ephesus
is a circle divided by eight lines known as the Ikthys Circle.
The five Greek letters translate to “fish,” the symbol
of Christianity. Each of the Greek letters can be traced in the
circle, as can the Crusaders Cross--which Isa has just drawn--the
Star of David and the Pentagram. The Ikthys circle can be found
in the design of Hagia Sofia and many other famous architectural
structures.. |
