New Profession When no jobs were available, Michael Superczynski '69 was forced into retirement after 40 years in Corporate IT. One of his favorite roles has always been as an Analyst/Programmer because he likes "creating something from nothing." He taught himself Objective-C and Xcode and began working on an iOS iPad app in June of 2010. In 2011 he formed HyperNova Software and recently released the app SuperScanner! to the iTunes App Store. It is the only 16 Channel Scanner Radio designed for the iPad. Bob '63 and Kris '64 Wirt lost their mother, Laura, on May 14, 2013. Lt. Col. William H. Dunning, father of Bill '77, Ray '78, Chris '80 and Sarah '81 Dunning, passed away on August 3, 2013. Bill held positions in Washington, D.C. and had four tours in Turkey. He was proud to speak Turkish fluently. According to Chris, "Both the culture and our experiences there in the Turkish and American communities are close to our hearts." Karen Lee Parker (Gamble) '85 and Judy Parker '92, lost their father in April after a long battle with Alzheimer's. William Parker served in the United States Air Force and State Department.
